Nokia has launched its new budget smartphone in the Indian market. The company expanded its C series smartphones with the launch of Nokia C12 Plus. The phone is the third smartphone in the C series launched in India this year. Before Nokia C12 Plus, the company launched Nokia C12 and Nokia C12 Pro in India.

Nokia C12 Plus will be launched in India with only one 2GB RAM option. The phone offers 32GB of internal storage and it also comes with microSD card support. Users can expand the storage up to 256GB via memory card. The price of this phone in India is Rs.7,999.

Comparing the prices of other phones in this series, the Nokia C12 starts at Rs. 5,999, while the C12 Pro is priced at Rs. 6,999. Now, the Nokia C12 Plus has been launched in three color options. They are dark cyan, charcoal and light mint colors.

In terms of hardware, this phone is similar to other phones in its series. It has a curved frame and body. The back panel is made of plastic. It has a slightly oval shaped camera module for a single rear camera setup. There is an 8MP rear camera sensor with LED flash module.

On the front, for selfies, the Nokia C12 Plus has a 5MP front camera sensor. The phone has a 6.3 inch IPS LCD display with HD+ resolution of 720 x 1512 pixels. A standard 60Hz refresh rate is supported. While the top and side bezels are very thin, the bezel is very thick. Furthermore, the Nokia C12 Plus has a Unisoc SC9863A1 processor. Paired with 2GB RAM and 32GB storage. Note that this phone only supports Android 12 Go edition.

This phone also has a bigger battery compared to other phones in the series. Under the hood is a 4000mAh battery. The phone supports 10W charging via microSD 2.0 port. The device doesn't have a fingerprint scanner, but you do get a 3.5mm headphone jack, a single speaker, and features Bluetooth 5.2 and Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n.
