Realme launched the Realme C55 smartphone in India a few days ago. Now the first sale of this smartphone has started. Coming in the budget price category, this Android smartphone features a 6.52-inch full HD+ 90Hz IPS LCD screen, 8GB RAM, MediaTek Helio G88 SoC and more.

The Realme C55 Mini has a capsule display that resembles the Dynamic Island of the iPhone 14 Pro. This latest Realme smartphone supports 33W wired fast charging. This feature is rare to see in smartphones in the Realme C55's price range.

The Realme C55 phone is available in two color options. They are Sunshower and Rainy Night colors. It ships in more storage and RAM configurations.

Realme C55 base variant with 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage pack is priced at ₹10,999. The 6GB RAM model is priced at ₹11,999 while the 64GB internal storage variant is priced at ₹11,999. Also the top end model of Realme C55 has 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage. It is priced at ₹13,999.

Further details of the offers, Realme is offering an instant discount of ₹1,000 on ICICI Bank and HDFC Bank card transactions. Realme C55 sale started today and this smartphone is available through Realme Store and Flipkart.

The Realme C55 phone features a 6.52-inch full HD+ IPS LCD screen with a resolution of 2400 x 1080 pixels, 90Hz refresh rate and a maximum brightness of 680 nits. It has a 1080p screen with a 91.4 percent screen-to-body ratio.

A key feature of Realme C55 is the iPhone-like Dynamic Island feature. This is what the Realme brand calls the "Mini Capsule". It also shows incoming notifications, battery status (full, low, charging), data usage, steps taken and distance travelled. It also has an 8MP front facing camera.

The phone comes with a 12nm octa-core MediaTek Helio G88 SoC processor, which is paired with an ARM Mali G52 2EEMC2 GPU. The smartphone comes with 4GB, 6GB or 8GB LPDDR4x RAM. Buyers can choose between 64GB and 128GB of storage. A microSD card of up to 1TB capacity can be accommodated through a dedicated slot.

The Realme C55 has a dual camera system at the back, which is paired with a 64MP primary camera along with a 2MP depth sensor and LED flash. There is an 8MP front-facing camera for selfies, video calls and face unlock. The side-mounted fingerprint scanner of this smartphone offers biometric authentication along with face unlock feature.

Inside the Realme C55 is a 5000mAh battery that supports 33W SuperVOOC wired fast charging via the USB-C port. The smartphone runs Android 13 based on RealmeUI 4.0. The phone is limited to 4G networks in India.
